This website is operated by BLUESNO Cosmetics. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to BLUESNO Cosmetics. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. ONLINE STORE TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not transmit any harmful or malicious code.
2. PRODUCTS & ORDERS
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities of any products.
Orders are confirmed by email. We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. You will be notified and fully refunded if this occurs.
3. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in EUR (€). We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal via Shopify Payments. Prices are inclusive of applicable VAT where required by Austrian and EU law.
4. SHIPPING
Orders are fulfilled and shipped via Sendcloud. Delivery times vary by destination. Full tracking is provided on all orders. For shipping details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
5. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our return and refund policy forms part of these Terms of Service. EU customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned. Please refer to our full Refund Policy for details.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website — including the BLUESNO Cosmetics name, logo, product images, and copy — is the intellectual property of BLUESNO Cosmetics and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
7. PRIVACY
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable EU GDPR regulations. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except where necessary to fulfil your order.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
BLUESNO Cosmetics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Austria. EU consumers also retain the rights granted under applicable EU consumer protection law.
